I am so happy you are visiting my page! I look forward to serving those in my community on a journey toward greater health and a greater kind of birth. I have a lot to share including yoga for all which I am teaching through the wonderful virtual platforms we now have available like Zoom or privately in your home. I practice out call massage which means I come to you saving you the stress of driving. There are also many birth offerings focused on how to bring calm into childbirth during these times. While many of my clients are experiencing higher levels of anxiety, I am able to help parents decrease anxiety as they prepare for birth.
